Ingredients Required

• Meat/Chicken/Fish – 1 kg (as preferred)
• Kitchen Treasures Coconut Varuthara Gravy Mix – 400 g
• Water – 300–400 ml

Preparation Method

• Combine: Add cleaned meat/chicken/fish pieces, Kitchen Treasures Coconut Varuthara Gravy Mix, and water into a pressure cooker or cooking vessel.
• Cook: Pressure cook until the pieces are well cooked and the gravy thickens.
• Serve: Garnish with curry leaves and a drizzle of coconut oil for authentic Kerala flavor. Serve hot with rice, appam, or parotta.

• For extra aroma, prepare a tadka with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies, then add it to the curry before serving.
