Heat oil in a pressure cooker or deep vessel. Sauté onion and curry leaves until the onions turn brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Sauté well.
Add ginger-garlic paste and Kitchen Treasures Meat Masala. Stir well for 5 minutes.
Add the mutton/beef/chicken pieces and mix well. Close the cooker (without the whistle) or cover the vessel, and cook until the meat is tender.
Finish the dish with a thick extract of coconut milk. Stir well, take off the heat and garnish with crushed curry leaves.
