Step1
Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.
Step2
Cook soaked rice until done, drain off water and keep aside.
Step3
Heat oil in a pan, fry red chilies and curry leaves, add lemon rice mix and cooked rice, mix well.
Step4
Serve hot with papad
