Step1
Add 50 ml of water to powdered jaggery and dissolve itlean the crab and halve it
Step2
Filter the jaggery water to remove the dirt if any
Step3
Now add all the above said ingredients to the tamarind water with the dissolved and filtered jaggery and mix well.
The Ugadi pachadi is ready
