Step1
Boil the whole dried red chillies in water for a while and grind them to a smooth paste.

Marinate the chicken with chicken fry masala, ginger, garlic, cornflour, salt and vinegar. Marinate it for about 2 hours.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add rice flour to the chicken and mix well. Deep fry the chicken until it turns crispy.
Step4
Fry the curry leaves and green chillies along with the chicken.Also add the red chilli paste to the grated coconut and also fry them. Do not over fry them.
Step5
Serve it hot with chapatti or rice.
