Step1
Soak the rice in water for an hour and wet grind it along with 2 tbsp of coconut.

Fry the sago seeds in ghee till it splutters and soak in water for 30 minutes. Soak the jaggery in a cup of water.

Fry cashew nuts and raisins in ghee and set aside.

Cook the dal in the pressure cooker in 1 cup of water. Add the soaked jaggery along with the water. Once the jaggery melts, add the sago seeds and let it cook.
Step5
When the sago seeds are transparent, add the ground rice and coconut. Keep stirring and ensure that the flame is low.
Step6
Add the coconut milk and once it boils, add the cardamom powder.
Step7
Finally, add the cashew nuts and raisins.
