Take Paneer cubes in a broad bowl.
Add all the items mentioned above, except the last two items in to the bowl. Mix gently.
See to it that the Paneer cubes are well coated with masala and forms like a batter stuff. If needed sprinkle some water.
Refrigerate it for an hour (do not freeze). Heat a pan with oil. Fry them to crispy and serve with onion rings. Garnish with fried curry leaves. Squeeze some lemon juice on it before serving.
