Step1
Take pressure cooker and heat ghee and add cumin in it. When it starts to crackle add onion and ginger-garlic paste and sauté it till it turns golden brown. Add tomatoes, garam masala, red chilli powder and sugar.Cook for a while.

When done add all vegetables, curd and salt. When water of curd dry up add soaked rice and mix it well. Now add green coriander and water.Mix well and close it with a lid. Let one whistle come and after that put flame at low and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot.
