Heat a pan with 3 tea spoons of oil and roast the dal, coriander seeds and red chilli till the dal becomes golden brown.
Add tamarind to the mixture and stir for few seconds, after that Transfer it to a plate.
In the same pan put the grated coconut and dry roast patiently in medium flame till they become golden brown.
Once everything gets cooled down, put all the ingredients in a blender jar with salt and Jaggery together, powder it coarsely. The divine flavored chutney powder is ready which can be used for nearly a week even if it is not refrigerated.
