Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, curry leaves and red chillies. Saute till onions are translucent.
Reduce heat and add ginger-garlic paste. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add salt and water. As the gravy simmers, add Kitchen Treasures Vegetable Masala.
Add the carrots, beans, potatoes and capsicum and mix well.
Cook for twenty minutes. Bring the vegetable masala to a boil and take off the stove. Serve hot with a pinch of coriander or curry leaves.
