Ingredients

  • 1 carrot (big, diced)
  • 1 capsicum (medium, diced)
  • 1 potato (small, diced)
  • 4 green beans (chopped)
  • 1 onion (medium, finely sliced)
  • 1 tomato (medium, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ tbsp crushed red chillies
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 50 gm Kitchen Treasures Vegetable Masala

Preparation

  • Step1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, curry leaves and red chillies. Saute till onions are translucent.

  • Step2

    Reduce heat and add ginger-garlic paste. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Step3

    Add salt and water. As the gravy simmers, add Kitchen Treasures Vegetable Masala.

  • Step4

    Add the carrots, beans, potatoes and capsicum and mix well.

  • Step5

    Cook for twenty minutes. Bring the vegetable masala to a boil and take off the stove. Serve hot with a pinch of coriander or curry leaves.
