For seasoning
Step1
Boil milk and add semolina to milk and cook until semolina is cooked. Add sugar and a pinch of salt and switch off the flame.
Step2
Add ghee to a pan, add shallots until golden brown. Also fry the cashew nuts and kismis.
Step3
Pour the shallots along with ghee and fried cashew-nuts and dry grapes to milk mixture.
