Step1
Clean the chicken thoroughly and make incisions with sharp knife in order to marinate the chicken well.

For marinating, make smooth paste with Kitchen Treasures Chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,curds and salt.

Rub the chicken with this mixture and keep it into the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.

Cook it on the skewer, tandoor or hot oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 10 – 12 minutes.
Step5
Baste with butter and cook again for 5 min.
Step6
Sprinkle it with chat masala and chopped coriander after you take it out of the oven. Serve hot with some green salad.
