Step1
Make the batter by mixing besan flour, egg white, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, onion, tomato, green chilli and salt with enough water. Mix the batter well.
Step2
Heat the pan with ghee. Dip each side of the bread in the batter and place them on the hot pan and fry them until the bread comes out of the pan.
