A faster variation of the dosa – unlike the standard dosa batter, this can be prepared within half an hour and doesn’t require any fermentation.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm rava
  • 750 gm rice flour
  • 500 gm maida
  • 5 green chillies (chopped)
  • 20 gm ginger (chopped)
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 25 gm cumin (whole)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  • Step1

    Mix all the ingredients together with water to make a thin batter.

  • Step2

    Spread a spoonful of batter evenly on a heated and greased tawa. Cook till crisp on both sides, fold it and serve hot.
