Ingredients

  •  800 gm Water
  • 100 gm Tomato
  • 50 gm Kitchen Treasures masala
  • 100 gm Kitchen Treasures Tamarind paste
  • 5 Nos Red chillies
  • 2 gm Mustard
  • 2 spring of Curry leaves
  • 50 gm oil
  • 8 gm Salt
  • Coriander leaves – for garnish

Preparation

Step1

Boil tomatoes till tender, add tamarind paste and Kitchen Treasures rasam masala

 

Step2

In a separate pan add oil give tempering with red chilies, mustard and curry leaves

 

Step3

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
