Ingredients

  • 2 cups – Roasted Rice Flour
  • ½ kg – Pumpkin
  • Grated Coconut – 1 cup
  • `1/2 tsp – Cardamom Powder
  • Sugar for taste
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Raisins and Cashew nuts (For Garnishing)

Preparation

Step1

In a large bowl add in the roasted rice flour, grated coconut and grinded Pumpkin juice, cardamom, salt and sugar.

 

Step2

Add a little water and grind them to a smooth mix.

 

Step3

After 30 mins, pour the mixture into a greased round shape pan. Cook for a while and take them out. Repeat the procedure. Garnish with raisins and cashew nuts as per your interest.
