Step 1
Pressure cook meat along with all the ingredients from onion till salt for 4-5 whistles on medium heat. Do not add any water. There will be about 1 cup of gravy after cooking. If you have a lot more, reduce it to 1 cup of gravy.
Step 2
In a large saute pan, heat oil and pop mustard seeds. Add ginger, garlic,pearl onions and cook till they soften and onions starts to brown a bit.
Step 3
Add the dried red chilies,curry leaves and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add in the spice powders and mix well for 15 seconds. Add the cooked meat along with the gravy and cook till it’s dried up and coats the meat.
Step 5
Add black pepper and enjoy!
