In a bowl add Kitchen Treasures Kashmiri Chilli powder, Kitchen Treasures Black Pepper powder, rice powder, Pinch of Kitchen Treasures Garam Masala, Egg white, Vinegar or Lime juice, Kitchen treasures ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Apply the mixture on the fish and keep it for 30 min in fridge.
Keep it out side fridge for 5 min. Shallow fry in coconut oil and garnish.
