STEP 1.
Cook and cool the rice thoroughly. Spread the rice on a plate and add few drops of oil. Set aside.
STEP 2.
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil Add the paneer cubes. Cook until paneer turns to golden brown.
STEP 3.
Heat a tava with sesame oil. Add ginger garlic paste. Sauté. Add spring onion whites. Sauté. Add chili flakes.
STEP 4.
Add chopped vegetables and mix well. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 5.
Add soy sauce, pepper. Season with salt. Saute for 3 minutes.
STEP 6.
Add the fried paneer cubes and mix well. Stir for a while.
STEP 7.
Add cooked rice and toss quickly. Garnish with spring onion greens. Serve paneer rice hot.
