Step 1
Wash the Paalada in water and soak in water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
When the paalada is getting soaked in a heavy bottomed wok or Uruli boil the milk. Use un-toned milk with cream to get tasty and pinky pradhaman. Boil milk till it becomes half in quantity.
Step 3
Wash the soaked paalada 3 to 4 times in normal water and squeeze the water out. Add the Paalada to the boiling milk & stir well.
Step 4
Wait till the consistency becomes thick and colour changes. Add sugar and boil for 10 more minutes, put in the butter and switch off.
