Step1
Wash the gooseberries, remove its seed and slice it to medium sized pieces.
Step2
Slice the ginger into medium sized pieces. Grind together all the ingredients (except Curry leaves). Do not add the water.
Step3
Add curry leaves and grind for few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed together. Transfer the chammanthi on to a serving bowl.
