Heat oil in a pan. Fry sliced ginger, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves.
Add sliced onions and sauté till the onions are translucent. Add sliced tomatoes and curry leaves, and sauté for a few minutes.
Add Kitchen Treasures Mutton Mappas Masala and mutton pieces. Mix well until all the pieces are evenly coated.
Add enough water to cover the pieces. Simmer on a medium low flame until the gravy has thickened and the mutton is tender. Stir in coconut milk and garnish with crushed curry leaves and serve hot.
