Step1
Separate egg yolks and whites.

Beat the egg yolk and keep it aside.

For preparing the sugar syrup, boil water in a wide pan. Add sugar and cardamom powder.

Boil until the syrup become string consistency. For clearing dirt from the sugar syrup, add a teaspoon of egg white into this syrup and cook it. Then remove the egg white completely.

Take a disposable glass or a bowl and make small holes at its bottom. Increase the flame of the syrup to high. Pour egg yolks into the glass, and rotate it in circular motion until all yolks in the glass is used up. Allow to boil for a few seconds.
Step6
Then reduce the flame, sprinkle some water over it, and remove the cooked egg yolk from the sugar syrup carefully. It will be in the form of masala (chain).
Step7
Increase the flame and repeat the procedure until all the yolks are finished.
Step8
Tasty Muttamaala is ready to be serve.
