Step 1
Heat oil and add the onions, tomatoes, curry leaves and green chilies and cook until onions and tomatoes are soft.
Step 2
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 second. Add the egg masala and saute for another 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the milk and bring to a boil. Check for salt and add boiled eggs. Serve hot with chapathi, rice etc.
