Ingredients

  • Large onion diced -1
  • Large tomato cut into chunks -1
  • Green chillies slit – 3
  • Sprig curry leaves- 1
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Kitchen Treasures Egg masala – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Hard boiled eggs – 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil and add the onions, tomatoes, curry leaves and green chilies and cook until onions and tomatoes are  soft.

Step 2

Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 second. Add the egg masala and saute for another 30 seconds.

Step 3

Add the milk and bring to a boil. Check for salt and add boiled eggs. Serve hot with chapathi, rice etc.
