In a pan add 1 tbsp Oil, add mushrooms and saute until the mushrooms turn brown and keep it aside.
Add Onions, saute for 2 mins, add green chillie, ginger garlic paste, add cinnamon, cloves, cumin, curry leaves, tomatoes and mix well.
Add red chillie powder, garam masala, and mix well until the raw smell of the masalas disappear.
Add salt and a 1/2 cup of water with the fried mushrooms, mix well and cook for 3- 4 mins.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with chappati or rice
