Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg – Button Mushrooms (Chopped)
  • 2 –  Onions (Chopped)
  • 2 – Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2 – Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp -Kitchen Treasures Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp – Oil
  • 1 inch piece – Cinammon
  • 4 – Cloves
  • 2 tbsp – Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 10 – Curry Leaves
  • Salt to Taste

Preparation

Step1

In a pan add 1 tbsp Oil, add mushrooms and saute until the mushrooms turn brown and keep it aside.

 

Step2

Add Onions, saute for 2 mins, add green chillie, ginger garlic paste, add cinnamon, cloves, cumin, curry leaves, tomatoes and mix well.

 

Step3

Add red chillie powder, garam masala, and mix well until the raw smell of the masalas disappear.

 

Step4

Add salt and a 1/2 cup of water with the fried mushrooms, mix well and cook for 3- 4 mins.

 

Step5

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with chappati or rice
