For Meat balls
Mix all the ingredients together for the meatballs and form 18 meatballs from it. Set aside.
Bring the chicken stock to a simmer over medium-high heat and gently drop the prepared meatballs into it.Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage and tomatoes and let it cook along with the meatballs for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and cook for another 2 minutes. Season the soup and serve hot garnished with spring onions!
