Step1
Clean, wash and soak the moong dal in water 3 hours. Drain well.
Step2
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough using enough water.
Step3
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each balls into a circle using a little flour for rolling.
Step4
Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using a little oil, till they turn golden brown in both the sides. Serve it Hot.
