Step1
In a bowl, add garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar and mix well. Season the mix with basil, salt and pepper powder. Add shrimp and mix them evenly to the paste.
Step2
Cover and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
Step3
Heat the pan and lightly oil it and cook the shrimp for 2- 4 mins per side.
