Step1
In a pan, add mango, onions, green chillies, ginger and mix well.
Step2
Add a little water and close the pan with a lid to cook for 2 mins.
Step3
Add a little salt and add the coconut milk and take it off the flame.
Step4
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves, red chillie and fenugreek seeds to make a seasoning.
Step5
Add it to the mango mixture, add the crushed mustard seeds and serve it hot.
