Ingredients

  • 1 cup – Mango (Not sour chopped)
  • 1 tbsp – Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup – Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp – Ginger (Chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup – Coconut Milk (Thick)
  • 1 tsp – Coconut Oil
  • 3 – Kitchen Treasures Whole Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Mustard Seeds (Crushed)
  • 1/4 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp – Black Gram
  • 2 Spring – Curry Leaves

Preparation

Step1 

In a pan, add mango, onions, green chillies, ginger and mix well.

 

Step2 

Add a little water and close the pan with a lid to cook for 2 mins.

 

Step3

Add a little salt and add the coconut milk and take it off the flame.

 

Step4

Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves, red chillie and fenugreek seeds to make a seasoning.

 

Step5

Add it to the mango mixture, add the crushed mustard seeds and serve it hot.
