In a pan heat the melted butter and toss in mustard seeds, urad dal, sesame seeds, peanuts, crushed chillies, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute well.
Add the asafoetida and turmeric powder and stir.
Turn the fire off and add lemon juice and salt.
Add the rice and mix well. Serve hot.
