Ingredients

  • 250g-Chicken
  • 8-Quail egg (Kada Mutta)
  • 1-Potato
  • 1-Onion
  • 1/4 tsp-Kitchen Treasures Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp-Kitchen Treasures Coriander powder
  • 3-4-Green chilly
  • 1/4 tsp-Kitchen Treasures Turmeric
  • 3pinchs-Kitchen Treasures Fennel
  • 1/4 tsp-Kitchen Treasures Garam masala
  • 1-Egg
  • 2-3 tsp Milk
  • 1-2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup-Vermicelli
  • Oil as needed in Steps

Preparation

Step1

Clean chicken and cut in to medium pieces, boil chicken with turmeric and salt, shred it and keep aside.

 

Step2

Clean and boil potato and mash it. Keep aside.

 

Step3

Boil Kada Mutta, deshell and keep aside.

 

Step4

Clean and cut onion in to small thin pieces. Clean and chop green chili.

 

Step5

Heat oil in pan add onion stir well till onion becomes transparent.

 

Step6

Then add ginger garlic paste stir well till raw smell goes, add green chili stir well. Add all Kitchen Treasures powders stir well.

 

Step7

Then add cooked and shredded chicken and mashed potato. Stir well and cook for few minutes. Switch of stove and let it cool.

 

Step8

Take quail eggs and place it with prepared masala. In a bowl add egg milk and sugar, beat it.

 

Step9

Dip each of the above prepared kilikoodu in to this and roll it in vermicelli. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until it becomes golden brown. Serve them with coffee or tea.
