Clean chicken and cut in to medium pieces, boil chicken with turmeric and salt, shred it and keep aside.
Clean and boil potato and mash it. Keep aside.
Boil Kada Mutta, deshell and keep aside.
Clean and cut onion in to small thin pieces. Clean and chop green chili.
Heat oil in pan add onion stir well till onion becomes transparent.
Then add ginger garlic paste stir well till raw smell goes, add green chili stir well. Add all Kitchen Treasures powders stir well.
Then add cooked and shredded chicken and mashed potato. Stir well and cook for few minutes. Switch of stove and let it cool.
Take quail eggs and place it with prepared masala. In a bowl add egg milk and sugar, beat it.
Dip each of the above prepared kilikoodu in to this and roll it in vermicelli. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until it becomes golden brown. Serve them with coffee or tea.
