Ingredients

  • Kappa (Tapioca) – 1 Kg
  • Beef – 500 gm
  • 2 Onions Sliced
  • 2 Tomatos Diced
  • 3 Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Kitchen Treasures Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Kitchen Treasures Meat Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Kitchen Treasures Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kitchen Treasures Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kitchen Treasures Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Salt to Taste
  • Curry Leaves

Preparation

Step1

Clean and cut the beef into small cubes, Marinate with Kitchen treasures Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, curry leaves, coriander powder , 1 sliced onion, salt and keep aside

Step2

Cook kappa with salt and a pinch of turmeric until tender till it becomes soft & strain the water off.

Step3

Cook the marinated beef until tender.

Step4

Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard seeds.

Step5

Saute Onions until golden brown, add tomatoes and kitchen treasures meat masala, green chillies and curry leaves, Add boiled beef with the stock

Step6

Add pre-cooked tapioca & stir for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with curry leaves.
