Clean and cut the beef into small cubes, Marinate with Kitchen treasures Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, curry leaves, coriander powder , 1 sliced onion, salt and keep aside
Cook kappa with salt and a pinch of turmeric until tender till it becomes soft & strain the water off.
Cook the marinated beef until tender.
Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard seeds.
Saute Onions until golden brown, add tomatoes and kitchen treasures meat masala, green chillies and curry leaves, Add boiled beef with the stock
Add pre-cooked tapioca & stir for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with curry leaves.
