In a pan, add some ghee and put sliced bananas and stir it.
Cook till it is a half golden color. And keep it aside.
In the same pan add kismis and cashew nuts and roast them (a light brown color).
In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and cardamom and mix well.
Add banana into the mixture and half of the kismis and cashew nuts roast. Add bread crumbs to the mixture.
In a greased pan, add the mixture and bake it till it is set (160 degrees at 15 mins). If your choosing not to bake it, you can use a non-stick pan. Place the greased pan with the mixture on the non-stick pan and cook the mixture in a very low flame for 30 mins.
