Pour milk in to a heavy bottomed, clean pan and bring it to boil till the creamy layers form and the milk becomes thick. Add sugar while boiling and mix well.Once it gets cooled refrigerate it.
Make the scooped coconuts in to tiny pieces of pulp by whipping them in a blender
Mix the pulp with the Tender coconut water and refrigerate
Before serving, mix the sweetened milk and tender coconut stuff together, garnish with roasted nuts and serve the dessert chill in cups with spoons.
