STEP 1. Grill the cleaned prawns in a pan with Olive oil. Season it with Salt and Pepper. Cook it for 3min. Take the prawns out when they turn to light pink. Keep it aside.
STEP 2. In a bowl add red chilli flakes, chopped garlic, lime juice, prawns and toss well.
STEP 3. In a salad bowl add chopped lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and add the prawns. Garnish it with mint leaves.
