Ingredients

  • 1 kg – Beef
  • 2 – Raw Banana (Remove the green skin wash and cut it length wise and slice. Keep it in water)
  • 2 tbsp – Coconut Oil
  • 2 – Onion (Chopped)
  • 4 – Green Chilli (Slit)
  • 1 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Garlic Paste
  • 3 sprigs – Curry Leaf
  • 1 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Coriander Powder
  • ½ tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Meat Masala
  • 1 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Black Pepper Powder
  • 5 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Coconut Varuthuarachuthu
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step1

Pressure cook the beef along with onion, green chilli, curry leaf, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt.

 

Step2

Add coconut oil, coriander powder, meat masala, garam masla, coconut varuthuarachuthu and mix well.

 

Step3

Add cooked beef and sliced raw banana mix well and cook it for 15 mins. Serve it hot with rice, porotta.
