Step 1
In a flat bottomed bowl, mix together eggs, milk, green chili, onion, coriander leaves and salt.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat. Dip both sides of the bread slices into the egg mixture quickly and place it in the pan.
Step 3
Let it cook for 30-40 seconds and then flip it over and cook till golden, another 20-30 seconds.
Serve Hot!
