Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, green chillies and onions. Saute till the onions turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and stir till the raw smell disappears.
Add tomatoes and sauté till they turn mushy.
Add Kitchen Treasures Egg Masala and water to make gravy. Stir till gravy reduces and thickens.
Add the boiled eggs and stir. Take off the flame and garnish with a sprig of coriander or a boiled egg.
