Ingredients

  • Egg 4 Nos
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Green Peas
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies Chopped (de-seeded for a milder taste)
  • 1 tsp Kitchen Treasures Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kitchen Treasures Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Kitchen Treasures Ginger Paste
  • Salt to Taste
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • A bunch of Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped

Preparation

Step1

Beat eggs in a medium bowl, add salt and chilli powder, and beat well.

Step2

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chilli, ginger paste and onions and saute over medium heat until onions turn golden brown. Then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are tender and soft

Step3

Add green peas and cook for another 3 minutes. Then add beaten egg and mix well. Turn the eggs upside down to cook the other side well.

Step4

Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
