Take a pressure cooker & add the cut up chicken, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce & salt. Mix it well & let it marinate for 10 mins.
Pressure cook it on medium high heat for exactly one whistle.
Once the pressure has gone down, open the lid. If there is water in it, let it evaporate on high heat for 3-4 mins.
Add the oil, onion, tomatoes, curry leaves & pepper powder, fry till it is dry & pieces are well coated with the sauce.
This goes well with Rice , Roti, or Bread. Enjoy the dish to the fullest.
