Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces

Prepare a marinade comprising pepper powder, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt and a beaten egg. Marinate the chicken for about an hour

Roll the chicken in oats until completely coated. Deep or shallow fry it on medium flame until done

Serve it hot to maintain the crunchiness
