Coconut Macaroons are tasty bites which you can snack at home.

Ingredients

  • Dessicated coconut – 1 1/3 cup
  • Sugar- 1/3 cup
  • Flour- 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/8 tsp
  • Egg whites – 2
  • Vanilla- 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 180 C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut, sugar,flour & salt.

Step 3

Add the whites and vanilla to it and mix well. You will have a soft dough.

Step 4

Spoon them onto the baking sheet using a teaspoon and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown Let them cool completely on a cooling rack and then, store in airtight tins.
