Melt chocolate & cream together in a medium bowl for 1 min in a microwave oven. Let it sit undisturbed for 2 mins. Stir until it’s all combined.
Add the Vanilla & mix well. Once cool to touch, chill till it is firm. Scoop out tiny balls using two spoons or a small ice cream scoop & roll in sprinkles.
Serve in paper cups. Keep refrigerated until needed.
