Why bother going to a store and buying a chocolate truffle,  when you can prepare it easily at your home.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate chopped small – 250 gm
  • Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla – 1 tsp
  • Sprinkles

Preparation

Step1

Melt chocolate & cream together in a medium bowl for 1 min in a microwave oven. Let it sit undisturbed for 2 mins. Stir until it’s all combined.

Step2

Add the Vanilla & mix well. Once cool to touch, chill till it is firm. Scoop out tiny balls using two spoons or a small ice cream scoop & roll in sprinkles.

Step3

Serve in paper cups. Keep refrigerated until needed.
