Take one or two plates with at least an inch of height, grease them with ghee well. Sprinkle two tablespoons of chopped nuts on the greased plate and keep aside.
Heat a broad and heavy bottomed pan and roast the besan flour for few minutes without burning till nice aroma comes in a medium flame and switch off the stove.
Wait till it cools down well. Now add all other ingredients except the chopped nuts to the pan that has roasted flour.
Mix well and don’t bother if it has lumps.Switch on the stove. Keep stirring. In due course you can notice the lumps vanishing out. Keep stirring.
When the stuff melts well and and again starts to get thickening add the chopped nuts to it and keep stirring.
When the stuff becomes tight like a dough, little looser than the roti dough pour it on the greased plates and level them with a greased cups bottom or a spatula. Wait for 5 minutes.
