For Sauce Preparation
Step1
In a pan add Sunflower Oil, add chopped Onion. Saute it

Add Ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilli. Add Chicken cubes to the pan, add chopped cabbage, Chilli powder, turmeric powder, Chicken fry masala and mix well and saute.
Step3
Add fresh cream. Cook for some time till a semi gravy is formed and add coriander leaves and keep it aside.
Step4
Beat egg and prepare an omelette. Fill the masala mixture and roll it. And keep aside.
Sauce Preparation
Step1
In a pan add onion and saute well. Add turmeric powder and Coriander powder and mix well
Step2
Add fresh cream and make the sauce.
Step3
Pour the sauce on top of the Omelette roll kept aside. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve it.
