Step1
Combine the ingredients for marination and mix well with the chicken. Set aside for half an hour

Combine the chicken (if it is a mince) into lemon size balls. Shallow fry the pieces in hot oil and set aside

Combine the Chili sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar in a small bowl. Mix and keep aside

In the same pan, discard most of the oil and fry the ginger- garlic pieces. Add the onions and spring onions and sauté till they turn brown color at oil in a pan & splutter mustard seeds.

Add the capsicum and sauté. Add the sauce mix and stir well on a low flame. You can add a bit of cornflour with water if you desire a thicker sauce. Add half a cup of water along with salt. Cook till the sauce thickens.
Step6
Add the fried chicken pieces and coat them well. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve as a side dish for noodles or riced.
