Combine ginger-garlic paste, egg, salt and Kitchen Treasures Chicken Fry Masala. Mix well and add some water to make a thick paste.
Add the chicken pieces to the prepared paste and marinate well. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Deep fry in hot coconut oil until crisp. Serve hot with onion rings and a dash of lemon juice.
