Step1
Boil chicken in a pressure cooker until completely cooked and shred.

Add the onions, green chilli, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, half cup of bread crumbs and egg to the chicken and mix well. Set this aside in a refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Step3
Make the chicken mixture into small balls and press them flat and dip in bread crumbs and keep them aside for 5 minutes.
Step4
Heat oil in a pan and deep / shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till golden brown.
Step5
Serve warm with tomato ketchup or onion salad
