Step1
Grind the cocunt, cumin, chilli and garlic to a paste without adding water.
Step2
Heat oil in a Pan. Add mustard seeds, parippu and curry leaves. Stir for a min.
Step3
Add in carrots and mix well. Stir for 5 mins. Add salt and a little water. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 mins.
Step4
Now add in the ground coconut masala and mix well. Mix well. Serve with rice.
