Ingredients

  • 2 – Carrot
  • Salt to taste
  • Water a splash
  • 1 – Grated Coconut
  • 1- Kitchen Treasures Whole Red Chilli
  • 2 cloves – Garlic
  • 1 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp – Oil
  • 1 tsp – Kitchen Treasures Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp – Uzhunnu Parippu
  • 1 spring – Curry leaves

Preparation

Step1

Grind the cocunt, cumin, chilli and garlic to a paste without adding water.

 

Step2

Heat oil in a Pan. Add mustard seeds, parippu and curry leaves. Stir for a min.

 

Step3

Add in carrots and mix well. Stir for 5 mins. Add salt and a little water. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 mins.

 

Step4

Now add in the ground coconut masala and mix well. Mix well. Serve with rice.
