Grind the following to fine paste
Step1
Heat a pan with oil and butter. Saute it with cumin seeds. Fry the onions till golden brown, then add the tomatoes & fry till they become pulpy. Now add the green chillies, required salt & the crushed spices & stir well.
Step2
Transfer the chopped capsicum pieces into the pan and mix well. Keep the flame in medium and fry for few minutes. Let the pieces get boiled & stay mildly crunchy.
Step3
Now add the gravy paste and mix. Pour two or three cups of water. Let them to boil till the gravy thickens and oil separates. The spicy & aromatic gravy is ready now.
